Responsibilities:
Develop New Business:
- Identify and cultivate potential customers;
- Build relationships with new clients;
- Plan approaches and collaborate with teams to develop proposals that meet customer needs, interests, and goals;
- Participate in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and quoting.
Manage Existing Client Base:
- Introduce new projects and services, and enhance existing relationships;
- Coordinate with various departments like Procurement, Project Management, QA/QC, HSE to fulfill customer requirements;
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client discussions.
Business Development Planning:
- Attend industry conferences and events, providing feedback and insights on innovative trends and market conditions;
- Present and consult with mid-level and senior management on business trends to develop new services, products, and distribution channels;
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels to increase sales revenue;
- Utilize market knowledge and competitive insights to identify and develop unique sales proposals for the company.
- Perform other duties assigned by Department Head and Board of Directors.
Job requirements:
- Applicants should be between 21 and 40 years old.
- They should hold a university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Electrical/Mechanical/Refrigeration Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Chinese (HSK5 or higher) and conversational English is required.
- Previous experience in sales or industrial construction is preferred, with a strong interest in business development.
- Candidates with knowledge of the industrial compressor market or renewable energy projects in Vietnam and the region are given priority.
