Job Summary:
EV Search's client is urgently recruiting a Business Unit Head based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh city. This is a key leadership position offering both strategic and operational responsibilities.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience within the FMCG industry
- Strong expertise in brand management, particularly NPD and innovation
- Proven track record in P&L management and leading high-performance teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and execution excellence
Remuneration:
- Negotiable, up to ~USD 10,000 gross/month
