Campus Sales Manager/ Center Manager

    Working location: Vinh Long City – Vinh Long province

    Responsibilities:

    Admissions Management: 

    • Building the business plan of center according to the source of new students and re-enrolled students, ensuring the assigned targets.
    • Implement, monitor and make plan to motivate the Admissions team to achieve KPI targets by daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly.
    • Recruiting students and open classes according to the general orientation, ensuring efficiency in terms of revenue and costs.

    Business Development 

    • Implement and do approve marketing activities/ events/ campaigns according to the overall plan of system. 
    • Propose and organize activities at the center to maximize the market.
    • Analyze customers’ data & student sources, timely forecast the student development ability of the facility and surrounding areas to support the Board of Directors to have an appropriate development plan.

    Operation Management & Taking Care of Students: 

    • Managing the School Compliance Services team: Controlling school services in center and providing suggestions to ensure a safe, quality teaching and learning environment; meet the system's criteria in terms of image, quality of facilities, hygiene, fire safety, etc. 
    • Coordinating with the Training Quality Manager as well as the Teacher Care team to promptly inform and handle the comments and feedback of Teachers / Teaching Assistants / Students / Parents in teaching activities - learning in and out of the classroom; ensure the quality of the center's teaching and better meet the needs of customers.
    • Ensure convenient, complete and timely customer care and service to parents and students.
    • Timely and satisfactory resolution of all feedbacks of parents - students, ensuring customer satisfaction 

    Human Resource Management

    • Ensure the efficiency of resources based on the approved staffing schedule and actual operation situation at the facility, to make appropriate recommendations on personnel (recruitment/ transfer/ termination...) 
    • Participate in training, work guidance for new employees according to the general training plan of the system and at the facility in charge. 
    • Training, assigning work and developing employees according to performance. 
    • Periodically recognize, evaluate and reward employees 
    • Organize employee engagement activities to maintain a stable team. 
    • Planning to build succession team.

    Requirements:

    • University degree 
    • At least 3 years’ experience at the same position; or prefer candidate experience in store management (retail).
    • English in 4 skills
    • Good at computer skill.
    • Good at communication and management skills.

    Work on shift (44 hours/ week); night shift (to 21h30) and Saturday & Sunday
