JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop plan and supervise the implementation of the unit as assigned
- Develop policies, procedures and guiding documents for implementation in card business.
- Evaluate the result of implementation of business plans, sales promotion programs by target customer segments
- Build and develop a direct sales network of agents/distributors; implement centralized business management on card channel
- Plan to Implement proactive customer retention programs and dormant customer reactivation programs
- Manage and exploit business data, customer portfolio and propose solutions to maintain existing customers and develop multi-channel potential customers
- Maintain relationships with partners and propose solutions for exploitation, development and multi-channel cooperation with partners
- Manage cooperation contracts, sponsorship contracts with partners, international card organizations.
- Plan and develop resources according to the unit in charge.
- Comply with internal regulations and identify, control and minimize risks when performing professionals activities and in the unit's operations. Implement digital transformation and tasks at the initiatives/projects/Agile teams as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate and upwards
- Major in E- Commerce Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration, Finance - Baking, Finance - Business, Law, IT and related disciplines.
- Minimum 08 years of professional experience
- Minimum 04 years of managerial experience
- TOEIC 500 and upwards or equivalent certificate
