Careers, Industry, and Alumni Relations Manager

    Key Responsibilities:
    •    Build strategic relationships with major businesses, partners, and organizations in Vietnam and internationally to provide students with diverse career opportunities, including jobs, internships, and professional projects.
    •    Plan, organize, and deliver impactful events and programs such as career fairs, recruitment days, and industry conferences, using communication strategies to engage students, alumni, and both local and international partners.
    •    Identify and establish partnerships to create new revenue streams and collaborative initiatives aligned with the university’s mission.
    •    Collaborate across departments to include business and alumni partners in university events, like advisory boards and open days, to enhance students' professional networks.
    •    Advise senior management and academic teams on market and regional trends to support the development of new, industry-relevant courses and strategies.
    •    Expand and diversify partnerships with businesses and organizations by aligning academic programs with market needs, increasing students' industry connections.
    •    Encourage partners to sponsor research and scholarship opportunities that support projects led by faculty and students, as well as financial aid for students in need.
    •    Offer career-readiness workshops and resources for students and alumni, covering skills like resume writing, networking, and application strategies.
    •    Manage the CRM and career service platforms, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize their use.
    •    Develop frameworks and policies to build lasting relationships with alumni and create ongoing collaboration opportunities with industry partners.

    Qualifications:
    •    Academic Qualifications: Master's degree from a reputable institution; international education in English-speaking countries preferred but not required.
    •    Professional Experience: Experience in a large corporate, global, or academic setting with proven success in stakeholder interaction. Strong understanding of industry collaboration and a broad network across sectors. Experience mentoring students in internships and job applications is a plus.
    •    Core Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Vietnamese, with expertise in negotiation and networking. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Experience with CRM or career platforms is desirable.
    •    Passion for Education: Commitment to advancing high-quality education in Vietnam and improving student employability outcomes.
