Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute cash management sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire corporate clients through collaboration with Relationship Managers and regional sales teams.
- Advise corporate clients on domestic and regional cash management and liquidity solutions.
- Design tailored solutions to improve cash flow visibility, payment efficiency and working capital management.
- Lead the end to end sales process, from opportunity identification to deal closure and implementation.
- Build relationships with senior executives and key corporate decision makers.
- Lead and manage the Cash Management Sales team to achieve business targets.
- Oversee sales pipelines, revenue performance and key performance indicators.
- Lead RFI and RFP responses and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop competitive proposals.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and product teams on account planning and sales strategies.
- Support marketing initiatives, client events and industry engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.
- Travel regionally as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- 15+ years of transaction banking experience in Cash Management Sales or Product Management.
- At least 5 years of team leadership experience.
- Regional cash management experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and regional cash management and liquidity solutions.
- Understanding of working capital management, electronic banking, Host to Host solutions, ERP, Treasury Management Systems and SWIFT.
- Good understanding of Basel III regulations and their impact on liquidity and transaction banking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Strong leadership, collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
