Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual HR Services plans aligned with plant KPIs and budget
- Manage headcount tracking, HR data systems (HRIS), and reporting (HC, labor cost, payroll, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records
- Handle expatriate C&B packages, contracts, and work permit/visa processes
- Support compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, and remuneration analysis
- Lead payroll execution (salary, tax, social insurance, deductions) with high accuracy
- Supervise and develop the C&B team, ensuring performance and collaboration
- Act as a key HR partner to support business and operational needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in C&B, preferably in large manufacturing environments
- Strong experience in payroll processing, HR data, and labor cost management
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS systems
- Good understanding of Vietnamese labor law and C&B practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English
