EV Search’s Client – Hiring Company – is a 100% FDI garment company with several factories in North of Vietnam, total size ~ 10,000 workers. They specialized in production of woven items for high level brands.
Responsibilities:
The Center Manager - Sewing Operators Training will be in charge of managing all activities related to new workers training in coordination with other related departments. Those activities are:
- Make monthly training plan for new workers/ sewing machines for training after got information from production team.
- Make and implement training program to new workers.
- Deploy all above-mentioned plans to team and make sure all tasks are done within the timeline.
- Make sure about the quantity and quality of new workers during and after training course.
- And other tasks related to sewing skills training.
Requirements:
- Experience about sewing skills teaching and garment production management, size 100 workers up.
- Min 5 years of experience as head of production or technical or sewer training.
- Good leadership, planning, communication skills.
- Good English skills.
Offer package:
- Salary range: $2,000 - $3,000
