THE JOB DETAILS
- Construct and oversee an accounting control system to guarantee that the company's accounting operations comply with legal requirements and accounting standards. -Provide accurate, fast, and sufficient responses to financial and internal report issues.
- Reduce expenses and boost output by managing the budget and cash flow.
- Examine, enhance, and implement suitable internal controls and measures in accounting and operating procedures.
- Control and remove payment, cash flow, and tax risk.
- Collaborate with tax advisory firms on any inquiries pertaining to a particular operation, contract, or business.
- Implementing all procedures, concentrating on business and management; collaborating with the system company for the import function and any other reports that are needed.
- In order to set up new stores that fit with group policy, work with the bank and other departments.
- Create a policy and training procedure for new hires.
REQUIREMENTS
- University graduated, major in Finance/Accounting (National Economics University, Academy of financial prefer.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as Chief Accountant in foreign companies.
- Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors. Knowledge of Vietnamese financial law including tax legislation.
- Fluent English skills (both written and verbal).
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
- Work well under high pressure and strict deadlines.
- Strong presentation, communication, inter-personal and reporting skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Good analytical thinking
