Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategies to ensure the Agency achieves KPI targets, including sales, productivity, costs, and workforce growth within budget and achieved other agent sales quality metrics (including activity rate, retention rate, persistence rate, MDRT, and support of company NPS goals).
2. Early detection of business issues and problems between BD departments or sale support services and implementing corrective actions and solutions to ensure maintenance and development of sales channel quality goods through agents.
3. With the support of other departments such as Strategy and Recruitment , CAO must design and implement training and development programs based on the best standards at all levels. all levels to ensure long-term business quality.
4. Work in conjunction with the Deputy Chief Agency (DCAO)/Director of Agency (DOA) to ensure effective communication between the company and the sales force by periodically interacting with all levels of management agent's agent; disseminate information and development directions of the company to the dealer force and collect feedback for effective decision making; Manage the morale and expectations of your dealer workforce to ensure that they remain efficient and competitive.
5. Perform other assigned tasks.
6. Report directly to the CEO
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Graduated from University or higher in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Social Sciences and related fields.
- Have at least 7 years of experience in management positions in multinational life insurance and non-life insurance enterprises, at least 3 years of experience in agency director positions in insurance groups big in the world. - Proven track record of building effective sales teams and managing dealer workforces.
- Experience working in an international environment, especially in the Asian region.
- Excellent data analysis and forecasting, strategic planning and problem- solving abilities.
- Good leadership and negotiation skills, fluent in English.
