Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer (IT Outsourcing) – Global Market
Role Overview:
The Chief Commercial Officer will oversee all aspects of sales, business development, and client engagement. This includes identifying new market opportunities, cultivating and maintaining strategic client relationships, and leading the sales team to meet revenue goals. The CCO will work closely with the COO and senior leadership to ensure smooth delivery and high client satisfaction.
Additionally, the CCO will personally lead and close key strategic deals, contribute to shaping overall business strategies, and support the company's global market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales and business development strategy to exceed revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Serve as the main commercial contact for key clients, ensuring long-term relationship success.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with senior management to align commercial efforts with the company’s overall strategy.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Ensure sales practices align with company values and culture.
- Negotiate and manage new contracts, including renewals of existing agreements.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and pipeline updates to the executive team.
- Represent company at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
- 12–15+ years in senior-level sales leadership, preferably within IT services, software development, or outsourcing.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing B2B enterprise sales strategies with measurable revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing and motivating sales teams.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation capabilities.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proven ability to influence business growth and work as a core member of an executive leadership team.
