CEO/Country Manager

Job Summary
The CEO/Country Manager is the key leader responsible for the full P&L management and strategic growth of our ride-hailing operations in certain market. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role that requires a unique blend of aggressive commercial execution, astute financial management, and strong stakeholder relations. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of building and scaling a business from the ground up, navigating complex regulatory environments, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. P&L Management & Business Strategy

Assume full P&L accountability for the country's business operations, including revenue, cost management, profitability, and forecasting.

Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets and market leadership.

Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee financial planning, budget allocation, and resource optimization to maximize ROI and business efficiency.
2. Partnership & Ecosystem Development

Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including driver-partners, fleet owners, and enterprise clients.

Lead negotiations with local businesses and organizations to expand service offerings and secure new revenue streams.
- Build a strong, reliable network of driver-partners through effective recruitment, retention, and engagement programs.
3. Sales & Marketing

Define and lead the sales strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and market share growth.

Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to build brand awareness and drive user adoption.

Oversee customer relationship management (CRM) and loyalty programs to enhance the user experience and foster a loyal customer base.
- Lead a highly energetic and results-oriented sales team to meet and exceed ambitious targets.
4. Government & Regulatory Affairs

Serve as the primary representative of the company in all government and regulatory interactions.

Proactively engage with government bodies, regulators, and industry associations to advocate for favorable policies and regulations.

Ensure full compliance with all local laws, regulations, and industry standards, managing legal and operational risks.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is highly preferred.

Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management or P&L-focused role, preferably within a fast-paced technology, e-commerce, or mobility company.

Proven track record of building and scaling a business to achieve significant growth and profitability.

Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, financial modeling, and business analysis.

Strong experience in sales and marketing, with a hands-on approach to driving commercial results.

Exceptional skills in negotiation, stakeholder management, and government relations.
