Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - University

    Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced CEO with a strong background in managing and scaling private universities. This is a newly created role, designed for a visionary leader who can build and grow a network of educational institutions. The CEO will focus on operations, system setup, management, and network expansion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the overall operations of two existing universities in Hanoi and Nha Trang, with plans to expand the network.
    • Design, implement, and optimize operational systems, processes, and policies for effective management and growth of the university network.
    • Develop and execute a strategy for network expansion, including the potential acquisition of additional institutions.
    • Build a comprehensive recruitment and enrollment strategy to drive student growth across all institutions.
    • Oversee the creation and development of efficient organizational structures, focusing on operational excellence.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the alignment of business goals with the educational mission.
    • Manage a multi-location operation, with frequent travel between campuses and potential new acquisitions.
    • Provide strategic leadership in the growth and development of non-academic operations, including marketing, admissions, finance, and administration.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Proven track record as a CEO or senior leader in the private university sector, with hands-on experience in university operations, management, and scaling.
    • Strong expertise in operational management, organizational development, and building effective administrative systems.
    • Experience in leading multi-campus institutions and network development, including managing enrollment and admissions strategies.
    • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, with a focus on operational efficiency and growth.
    • Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or the expansion of educational institutions is highly desirable.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
    • Willingness to travel frequently between locations.
    • Open to both Vietnamese nationals and expatriates.
