We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the development and operations of a 20GW renewable energy and LNG project portfolio in the Philippines. This is a unique opportunity to take a leadership role in shaping the future of sustainable energy in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement long-term strategies for renewable energy and LNG projects.
- Lead the development, execution, and delivery of large-scale power projects.
- Oversee financial planning, asset operations, and shareholder value creation.
- Ensure transparent governance, ESG compliance, and effective risk management.
- Inspire and align senior management, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Represent the company with government, investors, media, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- 15–20 years of leadership experience in the energy sector (renewables, LNG, power generation).
- Proven record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, P&L management, and corporate governance.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Previous CEO or Country Director experience in multinational or large-scale corporations is highly desirable.
