Job Description:
- Participate in developing strategic directions and operational goals for the Company’s management and governance activities.
- Support the coordination, implementation, and monitoring of internal corporate governance and operational activities.
- Conduct market research and identify potential investment and business development opportunities for the Company.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or above from reputable local or international universities/institutions.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience within large corporations or enterprises.
- Solid understanding of finance, corporate governance, legal compliance, and human resources management.
- Strategic mindset with strong adaptability, creativity, agility, and eagerness to learn.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
