Scope of work:
- Manage company planning, OKRs, budget control, and cash flow forecasting.
- Lead the formulation and constant review of short and long-term strategic financial targets.
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive accounting system.
- Ensure the credibility of the finance department by delivering timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends, and forecasts
- Oversee finance and accounting functions, including AOP, monthly and quarterly budgets, financial forecasting, budget consolidation, and reporting to the company.
- Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with local regulations for financial and tax reporting.
- Manage the company's transaction processing systems.
- Make strategic recommendations to improve financial performance and business opportunities.
- Implement operational best practices
Knowledge & Qualification:
- BS in Accounting or Finance, MBA and/or CPA highly desirable.
- 10+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in luxury retail or service industry.
- Fluent communication in English and French is a plus
