Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Planning & Executive Advisory

    • Provide strategic business and financial advisory support to the Chairman and CEO.
    • Develop short term, mid term, and long term financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
    • Advise on investment decisions, capital structure, financing strategies, and financial risk management.

    Financial Management

    • Analyze the company’s financial performance, forecast business trends, and recommend action plans.
    • Evaluate the financial effectiveness of investment projects and business initiatives.
    • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cost control activities.
    • Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and capital management across the Group.
    • Develop and monitor budgeting policies and financial governance frameworks.
    • Establish and maintain periodic financial reporting systems for management review on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
    • Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, tax authorities, and external stakeholders.
    • Build contingency plans and financial risk mitigation strategies.

    Accounting Management

    • Lead and manage the accounting function while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Review and approve financial statements, tax filings, and accounting reports.
    • Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory management.
    • Advise the Executive Board on tax optimization and accounting policies.
    • Standardize and improve internal accounting procedures and processes.

    Financial Control & Compliance

    • Oversee the Group’s overall finance and accounting operations.
    • Control cash flow, approve payment documents, financial reports, banking documentation, and tax declarations.
    • Ensure transparency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance across all financial activities.
    • Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and financial policies.
    • Develop and strengthen internal control systems and financial risk management frameworks.

    Finance & Accounting Team Management

    • Organize and oversee all activities of the Finance & Accounting Department.
    • Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and development of finance team members.
    • Establish KPIs, evaluate performance, and enhance team capabilities and effectiveness.

    Authority & Decision Making

    • Participate in and propose strategic decisions at Group level.
    • Approve financial activities within delegated authority limits.
    • Approve financial statements, tax filings, and statutory reports.
    • Act under delegated authority of the company’s account holder to approve bank loan applications and payment documents.
    • Represent the company in dealings with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and financial partners.
