Location: Central & Highlands of Vietnam
Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, financialplanning, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Oversee statutory accounting, financial compliance, tax adherence, and audit coordination.
- Manage capital structure, funding strategy, and banking relationships.
- Lead financial risk management, legal compliance, and internal control processes.
- Build and develop the finance team and support strategic business decisions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Finance/FP&A/Audit, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong expertise in financial strategy, capital management, and financial risk governance.
