Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Group’s financial strategy and long-term planning, aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee budgeting, cash-flow management and capital allocation across business units and investment projects.
- Drive capital raising, banking relationships, project finance and M&A transactions; ensure compliance with all financial covenants.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis and scenario planning to support investment, divestment and portfolio optimisation decisions.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends (FX, interest rates, capital markets) and advise the Board/CEO on risks and opportunities.
- Support investor relations and shareholder communications together with the senior leadership team.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in a financial leadership role at a large public or multi-sector group. (prefer Real estate/enery sector)
- Proven track record in strategic finance, capital markets, project financing/M&A and leading finance teams.
- Fluent English in an international business environment.
