Overview:
We are conducting a confidential search for a Chief Operating Officer to support the CEO in leading a publicly listed innovation group. The COO will be responsible for translating strategic vision into operational excellence, ensuring seamless execution across all business units and geographies.
Responsibilites:
- Oversee daily operations across multi-entity consumer-facing platforms, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and performance.
- Design and implement scalable systems for financial discipline, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination.
- Lead integration of acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic pivots with operational rigor.
- Manage governance, compliance, and reporting frameworks across international subsidiaries.
- Drive execution across product, engineering, finance, and supply chain function.
- Translate board-level strategy into measurable operational outcomes and performance metric.
- Act as a trusted partner to the CEO, providing continuity, insight, and strategic support.
Requirement:
- Proven experience as COO or senior operations executive in a listed, multi-entity organization.
- Strong background in consumer products, software platforms, or adaptive technologies.
- Demonstrated success in scaling operations, managing integrations, and optimizing performance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skill.
- High integrity, discretion, and ability to operate in complex, fast-moving environments.
