One of our prestige clients in Logistics space is seeking a COO, who will be responsible for the entire Operation Division's strategy, oversee and operate Business Development nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and Develop operating procedures: In this capacity, you must create and implement operational procedures while collaborating with other departments such as the warehouse, fleet, Compliance Department. You will supervise and manage operating procedures to assure product quality, cost, and safety from delivery to receipt at branches or offices.
- Business Management: From Developing Policies and Regulations, you are expected to analyse and create detailed KPI’s for the Operations Division and Commercial Department. Develop routing standards across each branch or regions, as well as the Cargo control processes.
- Technology App Management: You will oversee design layout and SOP to meet the optimization requirements. This will influence the control of costs reduction and improve high quality service.
Qualifications
- You must have 3 years of experience as COO in companies of similar size and experience in Operation Management at Logistics companies or other relevant express industries.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and ability to use English & Vietnamese fluently are the first condition to consider.
- Demonstrate you have a full knowledge of building Operating System on miles and total warehouse as well as the enhancement of the system in Logistics, Supply chain and even in the express delivery.
- Demonstrate you have the ability to make requests and realize operational processes to optimize productivity and operating costs and develop proposed transportation products and services for Business.
- Mindset about Digital Transformation, apply technology to operations, detail, highly disciplined and has a talent for decision-making, handling, and allocating work for distributed human resources are the qualities of a professional that we seek. Simultaneously, established skills in statistics, analysis, and obvious ways to optimize warehousing are preferable.
