Reports to: CEO
Responsibilities:
- Implement operational plans, policies, and both short- and long-term objectives approved by the CEO and Board of Directors, contributing to the Company’s strategic direction.
- Oversee and manage key operational departments, including:
Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the company’s brand and drive client engagement.
Administration: Supervise administrative activities to ensure smooth company operations.
Legal: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and oversee the legal team in managing regulatory matters.
Securities Operations: Oversee securities operations for accurate and effective handling of transactions.
Bond Underwriting: Lead bond underwriting activities to meet industry standards and align with company objectives.
Others - Set goals and targets for each department to align with and achieve the Company’s overall objectives.
- Monitor compliance with all financial and non-financial reporting requirements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Supervise and improve operational procedures and regulations across the company, ensuring an effective and up-to-date management system.
- Foster a high-performance culture by implementing performance management, communication, staff training, and relationship-building practices to support business operations.
- Develop and implement a reporting system for the CEO and Board of Directors according to company regulations.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors and relevant departments to optimize operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the securities industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing multiple operational functions.
- Strong computer skills and report-writing abilities.
- Self-motivated, with a high level of professional integrity and ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across organizational levels.
