Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute corporate technology vision aligned with business growth and digital strategy.
- Oversee platform scalability, system resilience, cybersecurity, and high-availability trading infrastructure.
- Act as strategic advisor to Executive Management on technology investment and innovation roadmap.
AI & Digital Transformation
- Lead enterprise adoption of AI, GenAI, automation, and advanced analytics across business functions.
- Drive implementation of AI-enabled trading tools, operational automation, and intelligent decision systems.
- Champion data-driven culture leveraging AI for customer experience, risk management, and operational efficiency.
- Identify emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage in digital financial services.
Technology Operations
- Build and lead high-performance Engineering, Infrastructure, Data, and QC team.
- Establish modern engineering practices: DevOps, Agile delivery, automation, and platform engineering.
- Drive operational efficiency through automation and intelligent workflows.
- Ensure technology governance, regulatory compliance, and system stability.
- Stakeholder & Organizational Leadership
- Partner closely with business units.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
- Excellent academic background, preferably graduated from top-tier universities (local or international).
- Minimum 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including senior leadership roles such as CTO, CIO, Head of Technology, or Enterprise Transformation Leader.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide technology transformation programs in large or complex organizations (MNCs or large-scale institutions preferred).
