I. Role Overview
1. Talent Management & Leadership Development

Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates aligned with the organization’s long-term growth.

Oversee succession planning, leadership rotation, and development programs to ensure a strong, sustainable talent pipeline.
2. HR System Architecture
-
Lead the establishment and standardization of group-wide HR frameworks, policies, processes, and platforms, including competency models, performance management, and total rewards systems.
3. Culture Building & Employee Engagement
-
Foster an empowered, high-performance work environment by strengthening organizational culture and driving initiatives that promote connection, motivation, and collaboration.
4. Digital HR Transformation & Operational Excellence
-
Champion the adoption of digital tools, data analytics (People Analytics), and AI across HR functions to enhance efficiency and improve the end-to-end employee experience.
II. Candidate Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Core Competencies & Experience
-
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Director or equivalent role within large-scale organizations (2,000+ employees); experience in technology-driven companies is preferred.

Proven track record managing HR teams and achieving strong organizational outcomes.

Hands-on experience leading major HR transformation initiatives such as organizational restructuring, HRBP model implementation, or HRIS/HCM rollouts.

Demonstrated success in delivering key HR strategies, including:

Leading large-scale recruitment programs supporting business growth.

Developing and operationalizing competency frameworks and total rewards systems.

Enhancing employee experience and shaping a strong organizational culture.

Mindset & Attributes

Strong tech-oriented and data-driven mindset, with the ability to lead HR digitalization and make decisions based on People Analytics.
