Key Responsibilities
- Lead business planning, annual operating plans, and CAPEX budgeting.
- Develop and improve CI policies, SOPs, workflows, and work methods.
- Apply work study, Lean, Kaizen, DMAIC, 5S, layout improvement, and lead time reduction initiatives.
- Review factory performance against KPIs, budgets, and plans using visual management.
- Promote best-practice sharing and support the implementation of the Production System.
- Identify and drive automation opportunities to improve productivity.
- Build a continuous improvement culture and lead, coach, and develop the team.
Key Requirements
- 15–20 years of experience in garment manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong background in Industrial Engineering, work study, process analysis, and process optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, DMAIC, 5S, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Proven experience in automation projects within manufacturing.
- Strong strategic planning, KPI management, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
