Job responsibilities:
Strategic
• Develop, execute, and manage the sales and marketing function for the Coal market in Vietnam
• Monitor and implement effective Sales and marketing strategies to enhance connections with top potential clients in Vietnam in heavy industries that align with the company's policies.
• Develop tools and a system to monitor and ensure the effectiveness of Sales and marketing performance, in accordance with the company's overall strategies and plans.
Marketing & Sales:
• Develop and implement Sales & Marketing, and Price Management strategies.
• Manage proper Business lines with clients: Contract, Pricing, and Production Volume for the most effective performance.
• Ensure the ongoing engagement between related departments: Sales & Marketing, Operations & manufacturing sides.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years experience in Sales & Marketing in the Mining industry, especially with Coal Products, working in top Mining Trading companies with proven track records.
• Strong connections with top clients in the Heavy industry, including Investors/Contractors/Tenders.
• Local Vietnamese candidates, living in Hanoi.
