Commercial Manager (Mandarin Speaker) 

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin, to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
    • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements, aiming to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

    Must-haves:

    • B2B sales experience in logistics, warehousing, or contract logistics.
    • Proven hunting + account growth with a solid local customer network.
    • In-depth knowledge of 3PL solutions, supply chain operations, and freight management.
