Commercial Sales Manager / Supervisor

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

    Role: As a Commercial Sales Manager / Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to independently lead and manage sales activities for driving sales, completing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction within your assigned sector. 

    Job Responsibilities 

    • Responsible for marketing strategy, analyzing trends, customer needs and satisfaction. 

    • Strategic planning and expanding market. 

    • Forecasting and analyzing sales, problems, obstacles effecting monthly sales. 

    • Development of new business relationship with Property Industry, Health Industry 

    • Identify new target customers, both potential and existing ones, and approach those customers for sales opportunity. 

    • Responsible for negotiating and closing the sales with customers.  

    • To manage customers and prospective and to generate and cultivate new prospects for commercial business. 

    • To achieve monthly sales target and develop new business prospect. 

    • To manage, maintain and grow the business and develop new relationships with customer. 

    • Manage and Control Sales KPI. 

    • Manage and Control Pricing and Margin   

    • Create Annual, Monthly and Weekly Target 

    • Manage, Maintain and Expand Client Relationship (Business Partner) 

    • Customer Relationship Management 

    • Other as assign by Manager 

    Report: 

    • Sales report (Weekly, Monthly) 

    • Weekly, Month Plan 

    • Competitors information (Sale Amt, New Product and Sales Strategies) 

    • Sales Forecast 

    • Pipeline Report  

    JOB REQUIREMENTS 

    Knowledge Requirement: 

    • Bachelor Degree (Business Management or related)  

    Experience Requirement:  

    • Have sales experience in Commercial business (B2B) 

    • Have experience in Management Level and strong leadership  

    • Experience in Real Estate / Fitness industry field will be an advantage  

    Skill Requirement 

    • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (Speaking and Writing) 

    • Good computer literacy  

    • Good interpersonal skills and good team player  

    Personality Requirement 

    • Familiar with territory and nearby city 

    • Able to travel up country 

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure  

    Other Requirement 

    • Age between 30-40 

    Benefits: 

    • Salary: Up to 30.000.000/month + bonus 

    • Working time: Monday - Friday 

    • Pay for social insurance from probation time 

    • Performance bonus
