Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the functions and tasks of the Construction Division:
- Overall Project Management: Lead the development of construction methods for different project components.
- Collaborate in site layout and construction methods: Work with the Construction Engineering - Occupational Health and Safety Department to develop the overall site plan and construction methods.
- Consult and approve construction organization plan: Advise on and approve the project construction organization plans. Monitor and regularly update the risks associated with the project's early stages.
- Coordinate with related departments: Work with relevant teams to prepare the workforce for the project.
- Manage progress: Organize and lead the preparation of the detailed construction schedule, ensure tasks are on track with the approved overall plan, and monitor, check, and ensure tasks are carried out as per schedule.
- Manage safety: Lead the development of safety, environmental, and fire prevention measures for the construction sites and ensure their implementation through regular checks. Direct and collaborate with related departments in handling safety incidents.
- Manage quality: Review and approve the quality assurance plan for the project. Organize quality control efforts for the construction work.
- Manage materials and equipment: Approve the procurement plans for materials and equipment based on the project’s schedule and construction methods. Ensure the prevention of material waste and loss, and evaluate the efficiency of material and equipment use at the end of the project.
- Risk management: Identify and alert the team about potential risks that may affect the overall project plan and objectives. Report to leadership for timely resolution of issues, minimizing contract-related damages. Proactively advise and suggest measures to control deviations from the project plan and timeline.
2. Implement Organizational Structure, Human Resource Management, and Human Development.
3. Financial Management:
- Build and control the budget within the scope of responsibility through norms, limits, and/or change indicators. Manage budget implementation.
- Manage assets, optimize costs/improve revenue.
- Manage settlement
- Control settlement with the Investor, payroll for teams, construction crews, and workers.
- Control settlement records for suppliers and subcontractors (including additional costs).
4. Implement System Management.
Job Requirements:
- University degree or higher in Construction, Architecture.
- Relevant certification in Project Management and Operations Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar senior management position in general contractor/construction companies.
- Strategic thinking.
- Responsibility and ability to work under high pressure.
- Establish systems and manage company operations.
- Good understanding of technical, quality, and construction standards.
- Strong knowledge of processes from planning to project implementation.
- Deep expertise in construction management and planning.
- Leadership ability, effective work organization, planning, and personnel management.
- Willing to travel when required.
