Job Purpose:
To acquire new and manage existing client relationships by identifying selling and cross-selling opportunities through the daily analysis and interactions made with clients to deliver the targeted growth for the assigned portfolio in line with the business plan.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the products and services offered by the bank.
- Proactively identify potential new clients within various industries.
- Approach, and contact new and existing customers to maintain and expand the bank’s credit client base.
- Develop effective business strategies, and manage client portfolio to potential clients such as acquiring, retaining, cross-selling, up-selling, and expanding relationships with clients.
- Offer integrated financial solutions tailored to each client's specific needs, with the ultimate goal of enhancing customer profitability.

- Collect all necessary documentation and information required for credit write-up.
- Conduct thorough credit analyses, prepare write-ups, and provide recommendations.
- Demonstrate promise and apply the bank standards to deliver the bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.
- Perform other assignments from the management.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, and Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in the Banking Industry, in corporate services such as relationship manager in the wholesale banking sector, credit officer, corporate finance…
- Possess knowledge of financial instruments, industry analysis, credit, and business analysis.
- Possess strong communication skills and be a cohesive team player.
- Ability to work independently.
