Responsibilities
1. Sales Management
- Develop B2B sales plan for ICR
- Set up a specific program to promote franchise & corporate sales
- Take charge of wholesale and retail sales in the assigned area
- Collect and update information on the market
- Propose sales policies, and supervise sales activities
- Monitor the franchise business, B2B sales activities: implement the policies and comply with KPI business indicators
- Announce, monitor and deploy all policies from company to client
- Assist in solving problems related to business work between company and client
2. Management of market research activities:
- Formulate and organize the implementation of market research plans
- Gather information about competitors: products, business activities, marketing activities to support staff in the sales room; update the trend of the market
- Do research on the market development of the products the company and make reports
- Analyze market forecast product trends in the short and long term
- Make monthly reports
Requirements
- Academic level: University degree in related fields
- Experience: At least 2 years as a B2B/Corporate Sales Manager.
- Experience in Education or B2B/Corporate sales is a plus
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of market, products, strengths and weaknesses of competitors analysis
- Language: Fluency in English
- Good computer skills
