About the Team
The Datacenter Infrastructure Engineering team supports rapid business expansion by building and operating hyperscale datacenters. The team manages the full lifecycle of the server fleet and delivers cloud and infrastructure services that are reliable, scalable, and enterprise-grade.
Role Responsibilities

Lead the datacenter operations function in Bangkok.

Collaborate with infrastructure leadership to define and execute the strategic vision for operational excellence and maturity.

Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of datacenter professionals, including team leads and individual contributors.

Develop a scalable operating model supported by clear roadmaps, objectives, and documentation.

Optimize staffing plans to meet uptime requirements and global operational standards.

Create and implement robust processes, systems management practices, and maintain relevant certifications.

Establish KPIs and performance metrics for the team and daily operations.

Ensure SLAs/OLAs are consistently exceeded and service delivery remains top-tier.

Oversee vendor negotiations and provide input on tactical and strategic decisions.

Support budget planning and cost management for datacenter operations.

Partner with internal teams to ensure effective asset lifecycle management.

Drive creation and documentation of SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs; ensure processes are well-trained and consistently followed.

Ensure strong security operations and compliance with internal and external audit requirements.

Communicate effectively across teams, especially during incident tracking, triage, and crisis response.
Minimum Qualifications
-
Experience operating high-availability datacenters; hyperscale or complex project experience is preferred.

Strong track record managing engineering or technical teams.
-
Experience working directly with internal/external customers to resolve operational issues.

Demonstrated ability to manage multi-year budgets.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.

Experience overseeing a portfolio of datacenters.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, hands-on work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Recent experience consolidating or rationalizing global datacenter environments.

Background managing co-location vendors.
-
Working knowledge of HVAC, UPS, PDU, electrical switchgear, and large-scale power environments.

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure.

Strong grasp of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
