Main responsibility:
- Responsible for forecasting the sales, objective, and program schedule and determining the proper sales strategy
- Responsible for purchasing strategy, Verify technical proposal of products (specification & price) for consideration of BOD
- Formulate the sales plans for the designated areas.
- Explore the market trend to Identify potential client & business opportunities as well as new market segments
- Analyze and provide sufficient and efficient data for preparing proposals to secure orders/contracts
- In consultation, formulate policy and guidelines in handling business contacts, securing required contact and background information on clients and competitors, and creating/managing a client database for the territory assigned.
- Develop policy and guidelines for business promotion/client relations.
- Getting leads for new projects through connection and alliance
- Establishing good relations with the company’s builder, contractors, clients, consultants, and consulting offices
- Evaluate competitors’ activities at the site in terms of Sales, Applications, Products, Pricing, and Deliveries
- Immediately attends to and resolves customer complaints.
- A monthly report comprising sales, Sales Forecast, Collection, Technical Report, Competitor Information, etc.
- Reconciliation of Accounts and closure every quarter
Requirements:
- At least 15 years of similar experience in the steel industry or in similar position.
- Graduate bachelor's degree in civil engineering/ industrial engineering or related major
- Fluently communicate in English
- Prefer candidates’ exposure in steel plant with an understanding of Cambodia's steel market situation
- Knowledge about refractory and/or steel making is an advantage
