Country Manager

    Overview:

    The Country Manager is responsible for driving revenue, profit, and team development through a clear vision and strategic plan aligned with company goals. This role ensures operational excellence, service quality, and brand consistency to deliver outstanding travel experiences.

    Key Responsibilties:

    Customer Service & Experience

    • Oversee local reservations and ground service teams to ensure high-quality delivery and minimal complaints.
    • Meet and greet VIP clients, manage service improvements, and resolve issues effectively.
    • Develop and implement customer service standards and procedures.

    Sales & Product Development

    • Support in-destination product sales and collaborate with sales teams to grow new and existing accounts.
    • Drive local sales (optional tours/excursions), enhance conversion rates, and develop unique offerings.
    • Manage product delivery timelines and hotel contracting to ensure value and competitiveness.

    Business Operations & Compliance

    • Ensure correct use of reservation systems and maintain accurate rate loading.
    • Maintain relationships with local authorities, comply with laws, and update management on regulatory changes.
    • Oversee supplier payments and financial processes.
    • Maintain operational SOPs and brand alignment.

    Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
    • Minimum 3 years in mid-level management (general management is a plus).
    • Fluent in English; local language is a bonus.
