Country Product Manager (Industrial Flooring) 

    POSITION OBJECTIVE

    As a Country Product Manager your primary role is to oversee and drive the business strategy for the flooring product category in Vietnam. You will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets, analyzing market trends, and fostering partnerships. Additionally, you'll collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful development, production, and marketing of flooring products.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    - Develop and execute the business plan for the flooring product category in Vietnam.
    - Achieve annual sales targets for the product category.
    - Analyze customer needs and market trends, identifying opportunities for differentiation.
    - Evaluate competitor offerings and strategize ways to stand out in the market.
    - Define product requirements and create programs to meet them.
    - Manage production and importation timelines across departments.
    - Evaluate new product ideas and devise effective go-to-market plans.

    KEY TASKS

    - Meet personal sales/debt targets assigned by the Direct Manager.
    - Ensure the product category meets its annual sales goals.
    - Forecast and adapt production/importation timelines as needed.
    - Identify key targets and develop action plans to achieve sales targets.
    - Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing support in product category development.
    - Propose pricing and marketing strategies to improve market penetration.
    - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and plan budgets for 3 - 5 years.
    - Translate product strategy into detailed development requirements.
    - Analyze market data to define effective sales and marketing strategies.
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product development, quality assurance, and marketing.
    - Leverage technology for the benefit of the product category.
    - Ensure product category knowledge is disseminated within the company and aligned with market needs.
    - Oversee product testing and presentations for clients and employees.
    - Collaborate with the Direct Manager to resolve issues in the product category.
    - Work with technical, quality control, and factory managers to assess product quality.
    - Perform any other duties assigned by the Direct Manager or General Manager.

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    - Hold a university degree in construction, silicate, engineering, or related field.
    - Possess 3-5 years of experience in selling construction products, with a focus on industrial flooring.
    - Demonstrate the ability to work independently and creatively.
    - Have strong relationship-building skills and a well-established customer database in the designated product categories.
    - Proficient in English and computer applications.
