Country Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategically increase our presence in key institutional sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, government, and food service.
    • Achieve and exceed new business sales targets.
    • Secure new accounts while strictly adhering to company pricing policies to ensure profitability.
    • Conduct on-site technical assessments to design and propose customized programs that meet customer needs.
    • Develop and deliver compelling presentations that demonstrate the value of our solutions and close new business.
    • Create detailed rollout plans to ensure a seamless and clear transition for new customers and the internal team.
    • Serve as the main representative for our company during all prospecting, proposal, and presentation activities.
    • Manage the handover of new accounts to the relevant regional or corporate sales teams.
    • Participate in ongoing training sessions to build and refine skills.
    • Actively build industry relationships through networking, trade shows, and partnerships with key suppliers.
    • Partner with Territory, District, and Corporate Managers to collectively achieve sales objectives.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
    • Experience: At least four years of experience in outside sales.
    • Availability: Must be willing to be on call during off-hours and weekends.
    • Driving: A valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record are essential.
    • Eligibility: Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Industry Background: Previous sales development experience within the institutional market sectors.
    • Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of our company's products, services, and their applications in institutional settings.
    • Performance: A proven history of success in a business-to-business sales role.
    • Executive Sales: Experience in negotiating and securing new business with executive-level clients.
    • Communication: Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
