Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (08:30 to 17:30).
Responsibilities
● Directly consult and introduce the bank’s credit card products to customers through self-sourced leads or at locations designated by the bank, such as buildings, office towers, events, etc.
● Assist in collecting and processing credit card application documents for customers (receive and verify documents, consult on procedures, and guide customers through registration steps).
● Report daily work to the manager.
Requirements
● College or University graduate.
● 0 - 3 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service (preferably in the Financial - Banking sector).
● Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and close sales.
● Basic knowledge of banking services.
● Pleasant appearance, and professional demeanor.
● Ability to work in a team and handle high-pressure tasks.
Preferred:
Candidates with credit card sales experience will be prioritized.
Benefits
