CSR Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Establish and standardize compliance policies, procedures, and audit systems across manufacturing sites.
    • Manage and coordinate compliance audits, certification processes, and customer assessment programs related to social responsibility, environmental compliance, supply chain security, sustainability, and ethical sourcing.
    • Track audit timelines, certification renewals, and corrective action plans (CAPA), ensuring all actions are completed within required deadlines.
    • Support audit preparation activities, facilitate external and customer audits, and collaborate with relevant teams to drive corrective and preventive improvements.
    • Evaluate root cause analyses, corrective action plans, supporting documents, and submission quality before customer or certification body review.
    • Maintain and update compliance databases, factory records, and customer disclosure documentation.
    • Deliver training sessions for internal stakeholders and factory teams on compliance standards, audit expectations, sustainability practices, ethical conduct, and traceability requirements.
    • Prepare periodic compliance reports, audit updates, risk assessments, and continuous improvement recommendations for management review.
    • Identify potential compliance risks proactively and implement improvement initiatives to support operational continuity and customer expectations.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
    • At least 3–5 years of experience in Compliance, CSR, Sustainability, EHS, or related functions within a manufacturing environment.
    • Hands-on experience with social compliance audits, environmental assessments, customer audits, and certification programs is highly preferred.
    • Professional certifications in Social Responsibility, Environmental Management, Chemical Management, or related internal auditing standards are advantageous.
    • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent coordination, presentation, training, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
    • Capable of working independently while effectively managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
