    Job Description:

    • Language Requirements: English, Chinese
    • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn
    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics — ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR
    • Build and maintain performance dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
    • Execute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
    • Manage budget pacing, bid adjustments, and audience segmentation
    • Oversee tracking setup — pixels, UTMs, conversion events via GTM/GA4
    • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
    • Identify optimization opportunities and present actionable insights to stakeholders

    Job Requirements:

    • 2–4 years of hands-on paid media or performance marketing experience
    • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager — TikTok/LinkedIn a plus
    • Strong grasp of GA4, GTM, and attribution modeling
    • Confident with data analysis and dashboard reporting
    • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification preferred
    • Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
