Customer Service Manager

    Location: Northern province (with daily shuttle bus from Hanoi)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise the customer service department.
    • Respond promptly to customer service issues.
    • Develop effective procedures, policies, and standards for customer service.
    • Establish goals to achieve customer satisfaction and assign tasks to team members to meet these goals (evaluate the annual CSI of the company).
    • Assess service quality and prepare detailed reports for management.
    • Train customer service staff and support staff.
    • Create annual customer service enhancement programs.
    • Manage the department's budget.

    Qualifications:

    • College/University graduate in relevant fields.
    • Proven experience in managing customer service department.
    • Experience in the F&B and hospitality sector is preferred.
    • Quick-witted, excellent communication skills.
    • Good communication in English.
