Location: Northern province, Vietnam
Position overview: The Customer Service Manager supervises the team, visits clients, and addresses service issues promptly. Responsible for staff training, budget management, and ensuring corporate customer satisfaction, this role is vital for enhancing service quality and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the customer service department.
- Respond promptly to customer service issues.
- Develop effective procedures, policies, and standards for customer service.
- Establish goals to achieve customer satisfaction and assign tasks to team members to meet these goals (evaluate annual CSI of the company).
- Assess service quality and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Train customer service staff and support staff.
- Create annual customer service enhancement programs.
- Manage the department's budget.
Qualifications:
- College/University graduate in relevant fields.
- Proven experience in managing customer service department for corporate clients (B2B).
- Quick-witted, good communication skills.
- Proficiency in English or Korean is an advantage.
