Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for data research and development work related to international credit business. Utilize data technology to perform statistical analysis, risk assessment, feature engineering and modeling data labeling on credit data to support credit decision-making and risk management. Develop high-quality data assets throughout the credit business process, collaborate with risk control, product, and technical teams to drive innovative business scenarios based on data-driven approaches.
- Familiar with privacy and security regulations. Develop solutions in the field of credit data. Plan the overall business blueprint and main processes, and be able to extract and decompose complex business problems to facilitate secure, compliant, and efficient data flow.
Job Requirements
- Have 3 years or above experience in big data research and development. Capable of independently leading the overall data model design and development delivery in a specific business domain. Proficient in data model design methodologies, able to decompose work into reasonable data themes, produce data models, and design data workflows, with consideration for reusability and scalability.
- Proficient in offline big data technologies such as Hadoop/Hive/Spark/MaxCompute, with in-depth understanding of their underlying implementation principles and ability to optimize them. Familiar with mainstream OLAP engine implementations and optimization principles, such as Clickhouse, Presto, Hologres, etc. Have a deep understanding of distributed database architecture, column storage, indexing, etc. Practical experience is a plus.
- Master real-time computing technology systems, including data acquisition and computing engines such as Storm/Spark Streaming/Flink. Have an in-depth understanding of transactions, fault tolerance, and reliability in real-time computing.
- Understand data quality assurance and data governance. Able to independently solve data governance issues related to their work from a holistic perspective of the data system. Capable of comprehensively utilizing and optimizing existing data technologies and data products to form reusable governance solutions that ultimately solve business problems.
- Passionate about big data and possess a calm personality. Have good language expression skills, self-motivation, strong desire for knowledge and progress, and teamwork spirit.
- Willing to take on challenges and grow under pressure.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, capable of effective communication with international teams, writing proposals, and participating in meetings.
- Familiar with credit-related businesses (e.g., risk assessment, credit scoring, default prediction, etc.). Prior experience in international credit business is preferred.
