Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Data Security Solutions: Research and build systems for data classification, encryption, PII masking, and data risk assessment to ensure data confidentiality and compliance.
- Threat Monitoring & Intelligence: Design and implement models for real-time anomaly detection and user behavior analytics to identify early signs of potential threats based on data insights.
- Data Platform Optimization: Architect, build, and optimize data pipelines and data warehouses to enable AI agents to automate and enhance security-related workflows.
- Security Data Analytics: Create platforms and tools for analyzing and correlating data from cybersecurity systems.
- Data Visualization & Insights: Perform data analysis and build visual dashboards to improve understanding and usability of complex security datasets.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience in data science or analytics, preferably with exposure to cybersecurity or data protection domains.
Technical Skills
- Proven experience in data warehouse development, large-scale data processing, and data pipeline optimization.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms applied to anomaly detection, user behavior analytics, and data security.
- Proficient in Python and major AI/ML libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
- Solid knowledge of machine learning techniques including classification, clustering, information extraction, and deep learning.
- Hands-on experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka).
- Skilled in SQL and data modeling for large-scale databases and data warehouses.
- Experienced with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including common attack vectors, vulnerabilities, and data protection standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in data security, threat analytics, or cyber defense projects.
- Background in developing AI/ML models for cybersecurity applications such as intrusion detection or malware analysis.
- Possession of professional certifications in cybersecurity or data science.
