Key Responsibilities
1. Advanced Data Solutioning

Model Innovation: Design, implement, and evaluate state-of-the-art ML/DL models to solve complex business challenges and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).

AI Applications: Architect advanced analytics solutions, including personalized recommendation engines and other AI-driven products.

Tech Adoption: Champion the use of Big Data techniques across multiple business journeys to foster a culture of continuous innovation.

Compliance & Quality: Lead the execution of complex projects within an Agile framework, ensuring all solutions meet regulatory standards.
2. Strategic Insights & Collaboration

Stakeholder Partnership: Extract actionable insights from massive, diverse datasets to guide business decision-making.

Performance Monitoring: Establish robust tools and processes to monitor model accuracy and prediction health over time.

Cross-functional Synergy: Facilitate collaboration across 3+ product squads to identify new opportunities for data applications.

Data Integrity: Work closely with Data Engineers to optimize algorithms and maintain a deep understanding of data distributions and outliers.
3. Project Management & Leadership

End-to-End Ownership: Manage project lifecycles, focusing on delivering "quick wins" alongside long-term measurable impacts.

Problem Solving: Navigate evolving requirements and technical bottlenecks to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

Talent Development: Mentor and coach junior and mid-level data scientists, fostering a high-performance culture of curiosity and excellence.
Required Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT, or related numerical disciplines).

Technical Expertise: Proven experience in ML/DL model development and the deployment of statistical models using large-scale datasets.

Programming Stack: High proficiency in Python, R, Spark, Scala, SQL, Java, or C/C++.

Industry Experience: A strong track record of building data-driven products, ideally within financial markets or other high-impact business sectors.

Strategic Mindset: Ability to communicate technical concepts to senior leadership and align data science goals with business strategy.

Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and experience managing complex technical projects.

Language: Professional proficiency in English.
