Data/AI Security Manager

    Overview

    Responsible for building, implementing, and operating the enterprise-wide data security strategy to ensure:

    • Data is protected safely and used for the correct purposes.
    • Compliance with legal regulations and security standards.
    • Support for the business in digital transformation, cloud, and AI adoption in a safe and sustainable manner.

    Job Description

    • Strategy & Roadmap: Develop the Data Security Strategy and Roadmap.
    • Policy Development: Establish Data Classification and Data Handling Policies.
    • Data Criticality: Identify data criticality levels.
    • AI Governance: Establish AI Data Governance.
    • Privacy Protection: Protect personal data and privacy to ensure compliance with
    • domestic and international standards and regulations.
    • Consulting: Provide advisory services on data protection and privacy.
    • Incident Response: Participate in incident handling, including analysis, isolation, and remediation in the event of a data breach.
    • Risk Management: Assess and control data risks.
    • Reporting: Review, evaluate, aggregate, and report on data protection activities.
    • Compliance Audits: Periodically conduct data security compliance audits.

    Requirements

    Experience:

    • Over 5 years in the field of cybersecurity regarding Data Security / Data Protection / Privacy, IAM / Cloud Security / SOC / GRC.
    • Including more than 1 year focusing specifically on Data Security / Data Protection / Privacy.
    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of data protection; leadership experience in
    • implementing large projects involving DLP, CASB, and Data Classification & Labeling.
    • Architecture Skills: Mastery of data architecture and data classification.
    • Standard Knowledge: Familiarity with data standards and regulations such as GDPR / Decree 13 (Vietnam) / ISO 27701, NIST, and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA/DPIA).
    • Certifications: Preference given to candidates with CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent certifications.
