Job Description
- Lead end-to-end AI solution deployments and enterprise platform implementations for customers.
- Define requirements, success metrics, integration plans, and onboarding scope for pilots.
- Coordinate platform integrations, implementation, and AI agent optimization through production launch.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and customers to align deliverables, timelines, and SLAs.
- Monitor AI agent performance and drive continuous improvements post-launch.
- Identify and develop new AI use cases to increase customer adoption and business impact.
- Track delivery progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical problem-solving, solutions, consulting, or related roles.
- Solid understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills with the ability to drive complex initiatives.
- High-agency mindset with the ability to create clarity, make decisions, and take ownership in ambiguous situations.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong interest in AI-powered products and technologies.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
