Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial management, accounting, taxation, and legal compliance across the group and its subsidiaries.
- Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and optimize cash flow and overall financial performance.
- Establish and maintain comprehensive financial reporting systems, delivering timely analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead digital finance transformation initiatives, including ERP, BI, and data management system implementation.
- Conduct financial due diligence for M&A projects and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with business, marketing, and product teams to provide financial analysis that drives profitability and growth.
- Build and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team with strong data and technology orientation.
- Establish and enforce financial risk management and compliance frameworks; coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and investors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role (Deputy CFO, Head of Finance, or Chief Accountant) within large organizations.
- Experience in large companies
- Prior experience in banking/fintech/IT companies is an advantage.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and business acumen.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Tech-savvy mindset with experience applying digital tools and data analytics in financial management.
