Deputy Director of Sales & Marketing

    Job Description:

    Investment, Product Research & Development:

    • Conduct research, evaluation, and control of proposed real estate planning concepts to ensure products remain competitive, aligned with customer demand, adaptable to market trends, and commercially effective.
    • Develop product portfolios, project pipelines, and business models in line with the Group’s strategic direction and legal regulations.

    Business Development & Marketing:

    • Advise the Board of Management on quarterly and annual business plans for the entire division.
    • Oversee and take responsibility for business performance across all real estate projects, including sales and leasing activities.
    • Review and control marketing plans to ensure creativity, efficiency, and cost effectiveness across all channels.
    • Supervise and manage sales operations across regions in accordance with approved plans and budgets.
    • Establish KPI frameworks, sales policies, commission schemes, and business incentive programs.
    • Monitor and take responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual cash flow targets.
    • Ensure customer service quality throughout the entire product lifecycle.
    • Ensure all products launched to market meet commitments related to legal compliance, progress, and quality standards.
    • Carry out other strategic assignments as directed by the Leadership Team.

    Requirements:

    • Strong ambition and determination to grow professionally and become part of the Company’s senior leadership team.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or other related fields.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, including at least 3 years in Deputy General Director, General Director, or equivalent executive positions at real estate developers.
    • Deep understanding of the real estate market and market cycles.
    • Strong capability in project financial analysis and investment evaluation.
    • Extensive network with partners and distribution agencies.
    • Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead high performing teams.
    • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
