Deputy General Director

    Job Objective:
    The Deputy General Director will support the General Director in managing the company’s overall operations, including manufacturing, sales, finance, R&D and international market strategy.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Strategy and Leadership

    • Support the development and implementation of the company’s long-term growth strategy in both domestic and international markets.
    • Participate in planning and coordinating investment projects, production expansion, and technology innovation.
    • Analyze market trends and competitors, propose strategic initiatives to maintain the company’s leading position in Vietnam and expand its global market share.

    Operations Management

    • Supervise the operations of departments including Production, Sales, Export, R&D, Finance and HR.
    • Ensure efficient and cost-effective operations while maximizing productivity and product quality.
    • Set directions, monitor, and evaluate KPIs of all departments, promptly address operational issues and bottlenecks.

    International Market Development

    • Directly participate in developing the export strategy: target markets, distribution channels, and strategic partnerships.
    • Represent the company in meetings with international clients and partners; attend global trade fairs, exhibitions, and business promotion events.
    • Manage risks related to export operations and global supply chains.

    Senior Talent and Organizational Development

    • Participate in developing middle and senior management teams.
    • Build a professional, modern, and globally oriented corporate culture.
    • Inspire, lead, and drive organizational change and innovation across the company.

    Job Requirements:
    Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
    • At least 5 years of senior management experience (Director, Deputy General Director or General Director) in industrial manufacturing companies, preferably in electrical or heavy industrial equipment sectors.
    • Experience in export market development is a strong advantage.
    • Connections within Vietnam’s electrical industry are a plus.

    • Strong analytical, decision-making, and crisis management capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both domestic and international partners.
    • Fluent English (mandatory).
