Responsibilities:
- Oversee, plan, design, and implement policies, strategies, and methods for the die and mold maintenance section to ensure operations are completed on schedule, within budget, and aligned with established goals.
- Enhance the operation capacity, safety performance, and productivity of molds and dies.
- Manage all aspects of the die and mold section, including the repair and maintenance of dies, molds, and related equipment.
- Lead and develop a robust Die and Mold Maintenance Team through evaluation, training, talent development, motivation, and other tasks assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
- University degree.
- Proficiency in English.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing companies.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of mold and die repair and maintenance (minimum of 5 years of experience).
- Both long-term and short-term strategic vision.
- Logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Innovative mindset, openness to new ideas, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Focus on talent development.
